1. SPONSOR

The “Year of Free Jewelry” Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Golden Hour Studios Inc., doing business as Stay Golden HI (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on December 18, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on December 25, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter using one of the following two methods:

(a) Purchase Entry

Automatically receive one (1) entry when you make any purchase on staygoldenhi.com during the Entry Period.
Each separate purchase transaction during the Entry Period counts as one entry.

(b) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, complete and submit the official Design Studio Form during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 25, 2025 to be eligible.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a “Year of Free Jewelry”, consisting of twelve (12) $50 Stay Golden digital gift cards (one per month from January through December 2026).

Total approximate retail value: $600.00 USD
Each $50 gift card will be sent monthly and will expire on the last calendar day of that month (e.g., January’s card expires 1/31/26, February’s card expires 2/28/26, etc.)
Gift cards are valid only on staygoldenhi.com and are subject to standard store terms and conditions
Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The drawing will take place on December 26, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. Hawaii Time (HT).

The potential winner will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours and must respond within three (3) days of notification. If no response is received within that time, an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner may be publicly announced on Sponsor’s social media channels or website.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across both entry methods.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, technical malfunctions, or other errors. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or other causes compromise its integrity.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
