Stay Golden offers FREE returns for store credit. (no return shipping or handling fees) We have a 30-day return policy for jewelry that are necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, & anklets. 30 days meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds at this time. All returns will be processed as store credit.Ā
ALL BODY JEWELRY such as nose rings, belly rings, & nipple rings are ALL SALES FINAL for sanitary reasons!Ā However, if they came in the mail broken or the package is unopened, please email hello@staygoldenhi.com for a refund. Thank you for understanding!
