Will it turn my skin green?
Nope :) We use high-quality stainless steel and avoid cheap metals like brass, zinc, nickel, alloy, and copper.
Is it real gold?
Pieces listed as gold-plated are coated in 18k gold. Solid gold would cost much more — we focus on balancing quality and affordability.
Is plated jewelry bad?

Everyone has nothing but good things to say about my necklace. Necklace is beautiful and doesn’t look or feel cheap. I’ve showered and bathed with it on and it hasn’t tarnished yet. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and still as shiny.
A great and bold chain! I’ve been wearing this non stop (including to the beach) and it’s been comfortable and stylish. It’s a bit yellower in color compared to some of the other Stay Golden chains I’ve purchased, but I’d still recommend it.

I am obsessed with this chain! I’ve always been a gold girlie but have been looking for a silver chain to add to my fits, especially my workout fits! I love the cuban chain! It has a really nice weight to it and seems sturdy. I’ve gotten multiple compliments already about how pretty and shiny it is. I’ve been wearing it everyday for the last two weeks and can’t wait to see how it holds up over time (I workout alot and have showered with it on as well.) I wish their were length options rather than the standard cable chain and lobster clasp. I wanted mine at the shortest length so now I have the less than appealing excess chain dangling, but it rarely slides forward so far at least.
