    REFUND / RETURNS POLICY:



    At Stay Golden HI, we're all about creating pieces that celebrate our roots and help you feel proud of what you wear. With that, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out and that’s okay!

    If you’re not totally satisfied with your jewelry, you may return the product for a refund under the following conditions:

    1. Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

    2. Jewelry must be unworn or unused, with tags (for rings), and in its original packaging.

    3. Items marked as final sale or clearance are non-refundable.

    4. Free mystery gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

     

    If you decide to return the jewelry for a refund or exchange:

    1. Send us an email at hello@staygoldenhi.com with your order number and the items that you’d like to return.

    2. Our team will provide the return instructions, including our return address.

    3. You can purchase the shipping label from your preferred postal service to return the item.

     

    Once we receive and assess your return, we’ll process your refund for the purchase amount of the item, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be posted back on your account.

     

    Damages and Issues

    We want you to love every piece you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or includes the wrong item, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

    We carefully prepare each order to ensure safe delivery. Once it’s on its way, delays or delivery issues can occasionally happen. If your package goes missing or stolen, we recommend reaching out to USPS for help with locating or filing a claim. Need details from us to support that? Just let us know and we’ll be happy to help!

  • What if it's not quite right?

    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused pieces in their original packaging (rings need their tags). Email hello@staygoldenhi.com with the order number and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is on you, and refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of the return arriving. Final sale, clearance and free mystery gifts can't be returned.

  • Will it tarnish or turn their skin green?

    No. We use stainless steel or implant-grade titanium, with 14k gold plating on gold styles — and we stay away from brass, zinc, nickel, alloy and copper, the metals that turn skin green.

  • Can they wear it in the water?

    Yes — it's water safe, so it can be worn in the water and the ocean. For the longest-lasting shine, we recommend taking it off for showers, swims and workouts when you can, and cleaning it with warm soapy water and a soft cloth.

  • What does the Golden Lifetime Guarantee cover?

    If a piece ever fades, tarnishes or loses its shine, we'll replace it. Email a photo of the piece and the order number or proof of purchase to hello@staygoldenhi.com and we'll take it from there.
