Does our jewelry tarnish? Our 14k gold plated customs are tarnish-free and will maintain their vibrant look as long as they are properly taken care of. Our jewelry can be worn in the water and in the ocean. However, we recommend keeping your piece(s) away from water whenever possible to maintain that fresh shine. Remove your jewelry when showering, swimming, or before exercising.
Does our jewelry turn green? The short answer is no :) All of our products (unless stated other wise) are made out of Stainless Steel. We stay away from cheap metals that turn your skin green such as; Brass, Zinc, Nickel, Alloy and Copper.
Are these made out of real/solid gold? Any item that specifies that it is gold-plated in the description box is plated in 14k gold. Solid gold products would be far more expensive than the prices were are able to offer. We strive to balance affordability and quality!
Is plated jewelry bad? Plated jewelry is only bad when you try to plate cheap metal such as; Brass, Zinc, Nickel, Alloy and Copper.
How do I clean my jewelry? Wash with warm soapy water and a soft cloth! It's that simple :)

This was my first buy from Stay Golden and I am so impressed! The necklace has a nice weight to it, adjustable length, AND the design is DOUBLE SIDED. I love that detail. I paired it with my solid gold 14k clover necklace i never take off and ngl the plating looks IDENTICAL to my solid gold piece. I was worried the plating would look a lot darker or lighter. The chain is nice and dainty as well. This is going to be my new everyday necklace i’m obsessed!!!!

This pendant is extremely pretty with the dainty design on BOTH sides of the plate. The pendant is on the heavier side. The only thing I do not prefer is that the pendant cannot be switched to another Stay Golden necklace. (I’ve bought a few other chains:) ) the loop is too small to come out of the circle links or the lobster claw. The chain that it comes with is dainty and nice, but for style presence, I like the chains from SG that I feel fits the pendant better for me.

This necklace is so pretty!! Also it does not get caught in my hair ever- I have slept in it, showered in it and worn it to work and it hasn’t bothered my skin or my hair at all! I have sensitive skin so I was worried about wearing it for long durations but it wears so comfortably! The necklace looks just like the pictures, is great for sensitive skin, and is bold but not too bold; the length of the chain can be hidden under a shirt or pulled out as a statement piece.

My first all-Stay-Golden necklace stack! I love my orchid necklace and what it adds to my set (although my camera is not the best). As an ear piercing girlie who had to remove them all due to frequent MRIs and surgeries, and as a disabled person who physically cannot take my necklaces on and off every day, these have been my staple in feeling elegant and put together no matter what. Looove this lucky cat!! The pendant actually feels so weighty and high quality. My second piece from Stay Golden, I love their jewelery so much. When I saw this necklace was back in stock I had to get it, lucky cats are one of my favorite things.
